• Device EID/IMEI (only when required for eSIM provisioning)
• Payment transaction ID (processed securely by our payment partners)

We do not collect or store full credit card numbers, banking passwords, or any payment credentials. All payments are processed through PCI-compliant third-party gateways.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used exclusively for:

• Generating and delivering your eSIM QR code
• Sending order confirmations and receipts
• Providing customer support for your order
• Processing refund requests
• Sending important service updates (e.g., network changes affecting your plan)

We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Retention

eSIM provisioning data (ICCID, EID) is retained only for the duration required to activate and maintain your plan. After plan expiry, provisioning identifiers are purged from active systems within 30 days. Order records (name, plan purchased, amount) are retained for accounting and legal compliance for a maximum of 2 years.

4. WhatsApp Communications

By purchasing, you consent to receive your eSIM QR code and order-related messages via WhatsApp. We do not send marketing messages through WhatsApp without your explicit opt-in consent. You may request deletion of your WhatsApp chat history with us at any time.

5. Cookies & Analytics

Our website uses minimal cookies for essential functionality (session management, checkout flow). We use anonymous analytics to understand page performance and visitor patterns. No personally identifiable information is captured through analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect checkout functionality.
